Every magnet is made specially for you using your own photos, therefore we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for personalised items.
However, it is important to us that you love your order and our products, so if something arrives damaged or there’d been a mistake with your order, please contact us within 48hrs of receiving your items using the enquiry form on our Contact page, providing photographs and a short note of the issue and we will do everything we can to sort it out quickly for you.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders are packed and dispatched within 2-3 working days, often sooner. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose at checkout., but we always do our best to get your treasured memories safely to you as quickly as possible.
